  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
    We use a third pary delivery companies and Monocle Madness cannot be held responsible for these third parties, delivery time can vary dependent on which company is delivering. 

    Third party delivery companies we use include: Royal Mail/Fedex UK/Yodel/UPS.

    UK Delivery 2-3 days, Europe 3-5 working days, rest of world 5-7 working days.

  • RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

    We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Please send via recorded or tracked mail to the address attached to your invoice. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

    Custom Rx Returns
    Customised Monocles can be sent back within 14 days but will only be refunded at the standard rate of £25 due to the work involved glazing your prescription. A full refund will only be issued if Monocle Madness has glazed the incorrect specifications. We accept that the specifications given are correct on the order and cannot be held responsible for errors if the purchaser has entered the wrong specifications.  We also can not accept prescribed errors by your optician, if your vision is blurry then please in the first instance go back to your optician to verify the prescription, they will check that the monocle matches your original specifications and tell you whether the original test was correct.  We will not accept errors made by the Optician.

    GIFTS
    When returning a gift, a Monocle Madness Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases from any Monocle Madness or affiliate store, and online. 

    RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
    On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information.

    Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.
